Yvonne Savage was born at home at 93 Holmesdale Road, Teddington.
She was the youngest daughter of Mary and Alfred Randall. Her brothers are called Peter and Michael. She also had a sister Maureen who died in early childhood, before Yvonne was born.
Yvonne was christened in the Sacred Heart Church in Teddington.
